What does the seller actually pay?

A flat €3,500 retainer for preparation: Valutico valuation, English CIM, and anonymous teaser. No success fee — the finder’s fee is paid by the buyer.

How is this different from a listing site?

No public listings, no browsing. Every target is privately screened and introduced only to matched counterparties.

How long does the process take?

Preparation: 3–4 weeks. First buyer introductions: 1–3 months after preparation.

Is my identity protected?

Yes. Identity is never revealed without written consent. All materials are anonymized until seller approves.

What does the finder’s fee look like?

A percentage of Enterprise Value, paid by the buyer on closing. Structure agreed in advance via Finder’s Fee agreement.

What if no buyer is found?

Your materials remain yours. We can transition to a traditional sell-side mandate at no additional upfront cost.
